What to Report

  • Any violation of organizational policies and procedures
  • Any illegal or suspected illegal activity
  • Suspected fraud or misappropriation of company assets
  • Any act of discrimination of any kind
  • Any form of retaliation for raising the above concerns

Rewarding The Whistle-Blower

Upon findings of the invesigation if the information received from the whislte-blower was found to be true, the Company may propose rewarding the whistle-blower with appropriate gratitude.
BASIS VALUE OF BENEFIT TO COMPANY REWARD
Cash Rewards depending upon benefit Upto $500 $25 Voucher
Above $501 to $3000 $50 Voucher
Exceeding $3000 Over $100, value of the reward will be decided by the board of Directors
Non-cash rewards depending upon benefits Indefinite savings that will accrue to the company in near future Non-monetary reward which will uplift the lifestyle of the whistle- blower

Value of benefit to be decided based on the undisputed monetary benefit received or accrued to the company due to the Whistle-blower’s complaint.

In cases where there is more than one eligible whistle-blower, the reward(s) will be determined at the discretion of Management.
