Employees are expected to demonstrate honesty and integrity, and to consistently adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and all applicable laws.
What to Report
- Any violation of organizational policies and procedures
- Any illegal or suspected illegal activity
- Suspected fraud or misappropriation of company assets
- Any act of discrimination of any kind
- Any form of retaliation for raising the above concerns

Rewarding The Whistle-Blower
Upon findings of the invesigation if the information received from the whislte-blower was found to be true, the Company may propose rewarding the whistle-blower with appropriate gratitude.

Above $501 to $3000 | $50 Voucher | |
Exceeding $3000 | Over $100, value of the reward will be decided by the board of Directors | |
Non-cash rewards depending upon benefits | Indefinite savings that will accrue to the company in near future | Non-monetary reward which will uplift the lifestyle of the whistle- blower |
Value of benefit to be decided based on the undisputed monetary benefit received or accrued to the company due to the Whistle-blower’s complaint.
In cases where there is more than one eligible whistle-blower, the reward(s) will be determined at the discretion of Management.
