- Any Violation of any Organisational Policies & Procedures
- Any Illegal Activity or Suspected Illegal Activity
- Suspected Fraud & Misappropriation of Company’s Assets
- Any Act of Discrimination of any type
- If any Retaliation from anybody from bringing above Concerns to Notice

Rewarding The Whistle-Blower
Upon findings of the invesigation if the information received from the whislte-blower was found to be
true, the Company may propose rewarding the whistle-blower with appropriate gratitude.

| Non-cash rewards depending upon benefits | Indefinite savings that will accrue to the company in near future | Non-monetary reward which will uplift the lifestyle of the whistle- blower |
Value of benefit to be decided based on the undisputed monetary benefit received or accrued to the company due to the whistle-blower’s complaint.
In case there are more than one eligible whisrle-blower, rewards(sO will be finalised at the descretion of the Management.
