  • Any Violation of any Organisational Policies & Procedures
  • Any Illegal Activity or Suspected Illegal Activity
  • Suspected Fraud & Misappropriation of Company’s Assets
  • Any Act of Discrimination of any type
  • If any Retaliation from anybody from bringing above Concerns to Notice

Rewarding The Whistle-Blower

Upon findings of the invesigation if the information received from the whislte-blower was found to be true, the Company may propose rewarding the whistle-blower with appropriate gratitude.
BASIS VALUE OF BENEFIT TO COMPANY REWARD
Cash Rewards depending upon benefit Upto $500 $25 Voucher
Above $501 to $3000 $50 Voucher
Exceeding $3000 Over $100, value of the reward will be decided by the board of Directors
Non-cash rewards depending upon benefits Indefinite savings that will accrue to the company in near future Non-monetary reward which will uplift the lifestyle of the whistle- blower

Value of benefit to be decided based on the undisputed monetary benefit received or accrued to the company due to the whistle-blower’s complaint.

In case there are more than one eligible whisrle-blower, rewards(sO will be finalised at the descretion of the Management.
